Users don't even need to be insurance customers to enjoy the engagement module! As they try out those features, the app can introduce them to the insurance products. Since the app covers many aspects, Google Play shows the app in other relevant sections of its store. As such, users can easily stumble upon the app while looking for other things (such as games).
