About Lasting Dynamics
Lasting Dynamics is an independent software company founded in 2015, built without external investments. We grow through long-term partnerships rather than high-volume delivery.
Many of our partners come to us after unsuccessful outsourcing experiences and stay with us for years. We deliver complex web and mobile solutions with a strong focus on quality and accountability.
We're now entering a new growth phase: scaling our team, strengthening engineering standards, and integrating AI into our core workflows.
About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex web and mobile software projects from planning to delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure that timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product owners to maintain clarity across all project phases. Your role is to create structure, manage risks, and ensure smooth collaboration, keeping both internal teams and clients aligned.
While the Operation and Account Manager defines delivery standards at an organizational level, you'll be responsible for executing those standards within your projects. This requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to manage complexity without creating unnecessary overhead.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being accountable for outcomes, leading teams through execution, and maintaining a balance between structure and flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and on budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and analysts
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana and provide regular status reports
- Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and handoffs meet quality standards

- 6+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing complex software projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
