Why this program exists
Ask where a developer can learn agentic coding in a structured, mentored program and you'll find courses, playlists and prompt libraries — but almost nothing with a syllabus, a start date and a named mentor who reviews your work every week. That's the gap this program fills.
Agentic tools have made it easier than ever to produce code you don't understand — and dramatically more productive for engineers who do understand. So we teach the tools the only way that produces the second kind of engineer: real tasks, weekly review, production standards.

Specifying work an agent can execute: context, constraints, definition of done — and reviewing the plan before a line is written.

How it's taught
This isn't a standalone course you buy — it's the AI track inside the Lasting Dynamics Academy: 2–3 months, 12 seats, full remote in English, one ~90-minute group review every week with a mentor who ships software for a living. It's free, and everyone who completes the academy receives a job offer.

- No — it's the agentic-coding track inside the Lasting Dynamics Academy. You apply to the academy, and the AI program is part of the curriculum alongside architecture, patterns and testing. That context is deliberate: the tools multiply fundamentals.
- Claude Code in depth (terminal-first agentic work, CLAUDE.md, MCP, subagents), Cursor and Copilot in context, and direct LLM API work. Tools evolve fast — the judgement we train transfers across them.
- No, but you need the academy's prerequisites: proven experience or a CS-related degree, plus solid fundamentals. The program takes engineers and makes them agent-native — it doesn't take beginners and make them engineers.
- Nothing. The academy is free because it's how Lasting Dynamics hires: complete it and you get a job offer. The next cohort starts October 1, 2026 — 12 seats.
