An apprenticeship, not a bootcamp
Schools graduate students. Employers need people who are actually good. We're the employer.
Why would a company do this for free?
Because it's cheaper and more reliable than hiring strangers. That's the honest answer, and it's the reason this academy has survived ten years while free courses come and go.
A school's incentive is to graduate you. An employer's incentive is that you're actually good. When the trainer and the employer are the same company, the training can't be watered down — we live with the result.
That's also why it's demanding. We don't need certificates in the world; we need engineers on our teams. The academy is hard because the job is.
The hiring commitment
Complete the academy and you get a job offer. Everyone who completes is hired — with a Lasting Dynamics group company or one of our partner companies. That has been the deal for ten years.
Completing means going the distance: not being dismissed from the academy, not giving up, and finishing within the cohort's timeframe. It's a real bar — and it's exactly why the offer at the end is real too.
Placement isn't left to a job board. Our CEO maintains a personal network of ~100 partner companies across the USA, Europe and the Middle East, and contacts their C-levels directly to recommend each graduate. The respect those companies have for Lasting Dynamics is why profiles go fast — completers are typically hired within two weeks.
Who it's for
This is not a from-zero course. You need proven professional experience, or a degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar qualification.
It runs entirely in English, full remote, from anywhere in the world. You need to speak and understand English well, and have a stable internet connection.
If that's you, the entry interview is the first real conversation — not a filter to fear.
