The academy started ten years ago with Michele training 4–5 people in person, in the Lasting Dynamics office in Italy. Not with slides — with tasks, reviews, and the standards of a company that ships software for demanding clients.
That format never changed; it just grew. Today the academy runs around four cohorts a year, fully remote, with a team of mentors — and Michele directs it: the curriculum, the bar for completion, and the weekly review culture all trace back to him.
He is also the reason the job offers at the end are real. As CEO of Lasting Dynamics he maintains a personal network of around 100 partner companies across the USA, Europe and the Middle East — and when a cohort completes, he personally recommends each graduate to their C-levels.
